The preparation Olimp Forsen Forte + Melatonina contains substances with a calming effect and supporting falling asleep. These are:

• magnesium
• Vitamin B6
• Vitamin B1
• melatonin
• hop extract
• lemon balm extract
• KSM-66 ashwagandha extract

The high content of plant substances with a calming effect helps reduce nervous tension, which prevents effective rest and makes it difficult to fall asleep.
