Recommended dosage

1. As a creatine transporter: dissolve 1 serving (approx. 40 g – 65 units = 2 scoops or 4 flat tablespoons) in 250 ml of water. A fixed portion of creatine can be dissolved in the drink prepared in this way.
2. Dextrex Juice® can be used as an addition to supplements or as a stand-alone carbohydrate preparation supplementing glycogen stores, which is best used in the post-workout period at a dose of approx. 20-60 g/serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day.
