The capsules are two-phase - one blister is capsules with minerals, while the other contains a plant complex that supports liver and prostate health. Recommended dosage  

Take 1 VITA–PLEX SPORT® capsule and 1 CHELA-MIN SPORT® capsule once a day after a main meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Note : It is not recommended to use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in the case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not take together with other vitamin preparations. Store out of reach of small children.
