Recommended dosage 

Take 1-3 servings daily, approximately 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 serving of 6 g (1/2 scoop) in 100 ml of water. Dissolve 2 servings (12 g) and 3 servings (18 g) in 200 ml and 300 ml of water, respectively. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Note : BLACKWEILERTM Shred contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 serving (6 g), 200 mg/ 2 servings (12 g), 300 mg/ 3 servings (18 g)). In addition, the product should not be used during breastfeeding, during pregnancy or during pregnancy planning, in the case of circulatory system diseases (e.g. hypertension), diabetes or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
