Olimp Gold Vit D3 4000 is a dietary supplement in the form of small, divided tablets, containing a high portion of vitamin D (D3) in the amount of 50 µg (2000 IU) in a daily dose (half a tablet).

Recommended dosage  

The recommended daily dose is ½ tablet, which corresponds to 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D. One tablet contains two daily doses (100 µg - 4000 IU). Do not consume more than ½ tablet per day.
Do not consume other preparations containing vitamin D. Due to the high content of vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test before use and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
